Shipping costs of orders
The shipping costs for orders will be free of charge from a purchase of 29 euros or moretaxes included, to any point of the peninsula.
Balearic Islands: Orders for the Balearic Islands will be free of charge when the purchase is equal to or greater than 20 eurosincluding taxes.
Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: LA Organic does not send orders placed through this website to these destinations where customs clearance is required for delivery.
The customer will always know the shipping cost of the goods (if any) before finalising the order.
Refound policy
The buyer will have a 15 (FIFTEEN) calendar days, from the date of receipt of the order, to exercise your legal right to cancel the purchase for whatever reason.
The purchaser should note that in accordance with the applicable regulations, the statutory right of withdrawal may not be exercised in the case of goods which have been unsealed after delivery, which have been opened and partially consumed or which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection, nor in the case of fresh products or products for immediate consumption.
Consequently, the buyer is advised of the fact that he cannot assert his legal right of withdrawal or renunciation of the purchase in respect of goods unsealed by the buyer.
If the products are eligible for the statutory right to renounce the purchase and the purchaser exercises this right within the prescribed period, the purchaser may obtain a refund of the sum paid for the purchase of the returned products.
The refund of the amount paid will be made within 15 (FIFTEEN) calendar days from the date on which LA Organic was informed of the purchaser's right of withdrawal and provided that the products have already been returned.
In accordance with the applicable regulations, the cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the purchaser , except in case of non-conformity of the products delivered in the order(products other than those ordered)in which case the cost of returning the goods shall be borne by LA Organic.
In case of return, the products must be returned to LA Organic in a state suitable for marketing(products in perfect condition, accompanied by their original packaging, accessories, leaflet, etc.)within a maximum period of 15 (FIFTEEN) calendar days from the date of receipt. No product returns will be accepted after this period.

It is the buyer's responsibility to pack the products properly so that they arrive correctly at LA Organic's warehouses.
In the event that the purchaser has benefited from a purchase offer on the website, under certain conditions, or has received a gift or free product along with the purchase, the purchaser, in order to exercise his right to withdraw from the purchase, must return not only the products purchased but also everything received, including the products or objects received as a gift(no fee), otherwise, LA Organic will not be able to take into consideration your request to waive the purchase made.
LA Organic may refuse the cancellation or require the buyer to pay compensation for the depreciation of the goods, in the event of receiving back products that are in a poor state of repair, tampered with, with the tips of the boxes crushed or dirty as a result of excessive handling.
Any purchaser wishing to exercise his right to renounce the purchase by returning a product by courier must comply with the following instructions:
Use the original delivery packaging for the return of the products concerned. Use any postal or courier service to send the package with the products back to LA Organic, S.L., the customer being responsible for the shipping costs. Follow the return instructions indicated by LA Organic Customer Service for the delivery of the package to be returned to a collection point of the courier agency, or to the buyer's home. <LA Organic will not accept shipments by courier or parcel post with postage so that the buyer undertakes on his own initiative.
Please note that in the event of the loss of a parcel on its way back to LA Organic, the returning purchaser must have proof of delivery of the parcel to the courier agency, which will enable him/her to prove that the parcel has been delivered to the carrier. If this proof of delivery is not available, the risks associated with the loss of the package will be borne by the buyer.

LA Organic has adopted the maximum security measures commercially available. The payment process works on a secure server using the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol, so that the information is transmitted encrypted, ensuring that the information is only intelligible to the User's computer and this website, preventing it from being read and manipulated by third parties.
When paying for products by credit card, the User connects through the payment gateway with his/her financial institution in such a way that neither LA Organic nor third parties will have access to this data under any circumstances.
