History
More than two hundred years ago, a community of nuns in Ronda, one of the most emblematic and beautiful cities in Andalusia and Spain, began to produce olive oil using the fruit of centuries-old olive trees.
THE ORGANIC
The oil produced in this olive grove, LA Amarilla, has always been very famous among the locals for being a product of unique and exceptional quality.
The Gómez de Baeza family, owners of LA Amarilla, decided to continue the tradition of the nuns and begin the production and marketing of the best organic oil in Andalusia, founding LA ORGANIC in the 90s.
As sales increased and LA Amarilla production was not sufficient, LA Organic adopted the Pagos Asociados system applied in the world of wines. This system guarantees production in line with demand and LA Organic's quality standards.

WE DEVOTE ALL OUR EFFORT TO PRODUCING THE BEST SPANISH ORGANIC EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
Our olive trees have been part of the ancestral land of Ronda, in the south of Spain, and they have always been cared for in a completely natural way. The olives are hand-picked using the traditional method of beating and transported without further delay directly to the local oil mill. This results in an olive oil with the lowest possible acidity (<0.3), without any chemical additives or fertilizers.
